My stay at Vila Planinka was simply unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I truly felt at home. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by peaceful nature, and the atmosphere of the hotel is warm and welcoming. The staff were extremely nice, kind, and always helpful — they went out of their way to make my stay special. The room was very clean and comfortable, with great attention to detail. Breakfast and dinner were both exceptional — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The service was personal and genuine, making me feel more like a guest at a friend’s home than at a hotel. I left with wonderful memories and would love to return again. A perfect place to relax and enjoy both comfort and hospitality at its best.

Our stay was a true celebration of luxury—not just in the setting or the service, but in how it made us feel. Even now, almost a month later, we still carry the sense of calm, care, and quality that defined every moment. As hoteliers ourselves, we know how much effort goes into creating an experience like this, and we appreciated every detail—from the beautifully prepared dinners based on daily market selections, to the thoughtful wine pairings and the refined atmosphere of the hotel itself. The team was exceptional, and while it’s difficult to name just a few, Vanesa and Robert stood out as absolute stars. Your warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression, and we’re truly grateful. We’ll do our best to make this a place we return to every year. It’s rare to find somewhere that feels so special—and this stay in Slovenia was exactly that.

Izjemno prijazno in učinkovito osebje. Čistoča prostorov.

Za 5 zvezdic bi bil lahko zajtrk bolj pester. Večerni obroki so sicer okusni, vendar se je v okviru tedna enaka jed ponovila- za 5 zvezdic se to ne bi smelo zgoditi. Zagotavljajo lokalne dobavitelje, v okolici je menda ogromno gob, vendar ni bilo niti jedi pripravljene z gobami. Manjše parkirišče pred hotelom nima zaznamovanih parkirnih mest, nekateri gostje zato parkirajo nedisciplinirano. Eno parkirno mesto bi moralo biti rezervirano za nove goste, tako pa je ob prijavi in jemanju prtljage iz avta, avto potrebno pustiti na cesti (res ni zelo prometna).
