Amazing breakfast with great selection of healthy food and drinks. Delicious scrambled eggs. Very comfortable bed, spacious room with a nice and unusual design. The staff is friendly, everyone knows you by your name next day. The chef is a very talented and creative guy.

It would be nice to know the dinner menu in advance as it might repeat itself. If you want a hotel "in the middle of nowhere" be aware that there is a road with some traffic nearby.
