"Peaceful, high quality accommodation"

Beautiful location, looking out onto the lake The living space was comfortable and generous Plenty of kitchen equipment

The twin room beds were fairly uncomfortable On arrival it was freezing and took time to work out boiler (no handbook or instructions)

It was beautiful nice chill get away with the girls we were so shocked about the view we f the lake absolutely gorgeous will definitely come again!

"Overall a pleasant stay in a good location on the resort."

Very homely property with lots of personal touches. Nice view of the lake.

The TV’s are streaming services only so completely reliant on the WiFi . The WiFi was not great so when watching tv it buffered and froze every 20-30 minutes and had to be reset.

Really well equipped, everything we needed and lovely view over the lake.

Only negative was the hot tub hadn’t been cleaned properly! We were going to report it but just cleaned it ourselves.

"Nice caravan but disappointed with hot tub, very expensive for what you got."

The caravan was lovely and clean.

The main reason for booking this property was the hot tub. This was still being filled when we arrived and do not reach temperature, so we couldn’t use it. The next 2 days it lost temperature through the night and did not heat up enough to be able to use it at all during our full stay. Very disappointing. This was reported.

"Getting away from reality."

Location was great and close to the restaurant for both eating at and ordering to take-away. Far away from busy roads and suburbs - very peaceful!

The lodge was stunning, really well decorated with cute touches, and it was mostly very clean (odd little thing but nothing huge). The hot tube was amazing after a long day shopping in York.
