only the staff was very polite and supportive and that too housekeeping staff

the property is very mismanaged. rooms have dirtying falling for the top entire day and night. no hot water in the rooms thought they claim they have . WC not working . I mean everything as far as room is concerned is not organised.no room phones to ask for maintenance. would strongly not recommend to be in such a Property. intentionally staff moves us to other upgraded room knowingly that the rooms have such issues.
