Great place! The bird tower next to Treehouse was super. We woke up with the sun and had breakfast up there. The Host was so helpfull with transpotation and took us where we needed to go, otherwise we should have rented a car. Small tip to have there is to have earplugs for the night: sound from next door might disturb during the night.

"It was a very rich experience!"

9.0

We were on vacation in Quintana Roo for a week, we rented a car and we wanted a trip to discover this part of the world. Family of 3 with a 4 years old, this spot was definitely an adventure. We rented the treehouse for two nights and we absolutely loved it. It’s an off grid, in the jungle, surrounded by nature and cenotes, wild animals, hammock, relaxing sounds to go to sleep. Julian was above and beyond a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and more. He had games and books for the little one, let us use snorkel equipment, he even brought me some pain killers when I expressed I had strong pain in my shoulder (which was caused by a prior event back home). We loved hanging out on the deck in the hammock. My son didn’t want to leave the treehouse!

The only things that is less enjoyable, and it comes with being in the middle of the jungle and nothing can change this, is that the mosquitoes were agressive at night even with the mosquito net on the bed. My boy who moves a little at night, at one point, had his forehead against the net and got 14 fly bites on the forehead.

"A peaceful jungle escape where nature, simplicity, and thoughtful details create a truly memorable s"

10.0

Being steps away from Cenote Dos Ojos is a huge advantage. You’re not planning excursions—you walk out, and you’re there. That’s rare even in Tulum, where every Solar power, water treatment, minimal impact design—it’s not just aesthetic eco-chic. It’s built to operate sustainably while still giving you comfort (WiFi, proper beds, terraces, hammocks). The thing is usually a drive. Hammocks on private terraces, an observation tower for sunrise/sunset, stargazing, birdwatching—these aren’t gimmicks, they actually shape the experience.

"Séjour près de Tulum"

7.0

Logement en retrait, frais mais sans climatisation proches de cenotes. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accommodants.

Pour cuisiner ce n'est pas facile. La route qui permet l'accès au logement est particulièrement cabossée (2km5).

"Lovely accommodations in a very secluded location off the typical Tulum tourist trail"

8.0

We loved the secluded location steps away from many awesome cenotes (Taak Be Ha was our favorite!). The studio we booked was spacious and clean, with updated amenities and a very tasteful aesthetic. The bed was very comfy and the hammocks outside on the porch were a huge plus. Many cool birds come into the garden in the early morning & at dusk too! The owner was very friendly and helpful, even let us borrow his snorkel gear for a day. Adorable cat on the premises :) Overall, would recommend! In terms of logistics — we chose to drive which I think is the best option, the hotel is a ~5-10 min drive down the main road so difficult to reach by collectivo, though I’m sure taxis would be possible. We enjoyed Soliman bay beach to relax and Chemuyil for restaurants and markets — both are <10 mins driving from Dos Ojos park.

These are both understandable given this is an eco lodge in the middle of nowhere but the studio was a bit dark even during the day, and the water pressure & heat weren’t reliable
