El personal es maravilloso. Daniela la mejor, es atenta, pendiente en todo momento por servirte y de lo que uno necesita. Cristian muy atento y cabelleroso. Todo el personal muy atento

Sabíamos que estaba en construcción. Pero desde muy temprano el personal hace ruidos

Es un paraíso muy cerca de la ciudad, es fácil desconectarse de la realidad y disfrutar del silencio.

No es un plan familiar, sobre todo porque hay muchas parejas y las paredes son delgadas entonces se escuchan ruidos poco agradables.

Muy buena comida y las piscinas Naturales

Me encantó todo, las instalaciones , la comida exquisita , un lugar para descansar, divertirse, compartir . Todas personas que atienden son super amables , cordiales , amigables. Lugar para volver siempre.

Todo fue tan maravilloso que no hay algo que podamos decir.

Muy buena atención, las habitaciones son muy agradables y tiene muchas zonas por explorar. Maravilloso que acepten mascotas.

My bad experience started before I arrived. After making the booking that says no prepayment on this site, I get an email saying I need to make a 50% deposit in 24 hours or lose my reservation. I did. One week before arrival, I get another email saying pay it or lose your reservation. I contacted them and they said they didn't get the first payment. I had to prove to them I paid with credit card statement screenshots to secure my reservation. Then arrival, the room wasn't ready at check in time so had to sit outside in the heat waiting for the room. Finally made it to the room that was very bare. There was no closet or dresser so clothes scattered around the room. Finally, pool time, but unfortunately, only two pool lounge chairs for the entire pool so if you're not in the water, you're sitting on concrete. The food and drinks were way overpriced for the quality. The next day, I found out there's no maid service but they said they would put two fresh towels outside my door. They never arrived. But at this point, I wasn't surprised.
