Tusa Springs is a perfect oasis of calm, but the reality is different. The entire complex is under construction, so you won't really enjoy the silence. Our wake-up call started at 7:00 am with the striking of the gong, which called the workers to work. Since then, the whole day has been accompanied by the sounds of the drill, the sander and the whining. The highlight of everything was the Friday evening, when drunken construction workers hang out among the guests. Women in particular do not feel comfortable, especially when part of the housing includes a shower and a bathtub, which, however, is located outside the cottage. The staff reacted with astonishment to our pleas for calm. The owner listened to us, paid for one cocktail, but there was no change.

They gave me a room that I had not reserved, it looked like an abandoned warehouse, without air conditioning, with rugs piled up in a corner, a single bed and a mattress on the floor, and at night we had a rain of worms all over the room that spread They entered through the roof. It was the worst night of my life.

Beautiful location/nature around. Really a place to relax. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, open for feedback. Cabins were amazing. Very good value for money!

Nothing really, at the moment we stayed some constructions which was clear to us when we booked (also the price was a lot lower because of the constructions). We still could enjoy all the facilities and the owners showed us around including future plans, if we come back to Colombia in the future we will definitely come back to check it out again!
