Tico Adventure Lodge

We loved how close it was to restaurants and the local bakery. We also love being able to see the pool from our living-room.

The bedding in the master bedroom was a little uncomfortable but the rest of the place really made up for it.

The single room was great. The cold water pool was excellent.

Stove in the kitchen didn’t function properly, missing knobs.

Great vibe in the jungle

The location is right on the Main Street, close to everything but when you leave the beautiful place you need to walk a short distance to enter the town

Amenities - there was a kitchen, pool and a yoga studio. We stayed in a spacious apartment with AC in each bedroom.

Floors were dirty, needing mopping. Our room, facing the main road was noisy in the evening but got quiet around 10pm. Other rooms are likely more quiet.

Es un lugar hermoso, tienes contacto con la naturaleza dentro del hospedaje (escuchamos los congos y vimos dos iguanas grandes). La piscina está genial tomando en cuenta el clima caluroso. La cocina está bien equipada.

Tomar en cuenta que el hospedaje queda a la par de la calle principal y en la noche se escuhan algunas motos.

Great location, beautiful tropical shady vegetation, interesting birds, well appointed and spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet and functional air conditioning. Morning coffee was a really nice surprise.

This is a minor thing that we adjusted to, but at first was a bit difficult. All doors (even balcony doors) required keys to open, even when unlocked, and all guests in the unit had to share one key.
