Off Mountain Accommodation

The bed was comfortable. The shower was good and hot water, hot! The kitchenette was quite well provided with plates etc.

The room was very small, not how it looked in the advertising. There was no milk in the fridge. No salt or pepper. The positioning of the rubbish bin was poor as my husband hit his head twice on the overhanging shelves. The bathroom was also small with no place to put toiletries etc. Need another larger shelf for this. Coming up from the car park was dangerous in the dark as there was no lighting to light the bottom stairs. We are both elderly and try to avoid falling most of the time. The room was a bit dirty. The tea towel provided under the sink was soaking wet - not sure how that happened but we had to dry it out before we could dry our dishes.

The view was amazing and the facilities of the place was kept clean

No shade for cars when parked

No breakfast or staff. I loved the pool and gorgeous views

Was hoping for a later checkout, but had no return contact by email or text and phone number would not connect. Ok as we checked out on time but if we had a real problem there was no one to talk to.

The room was clean

We never received the code to theroom. We contacted the property the day hefore. Nothing. We called on messaged on the afternoon. Nothing. Another family, highly exasperated, had the same problem. They only got a code when they contacted booking.com customer service. Eventually the host came on through s terrible speaker outside the dook. Wr explained we had no code. The host. Mustapha. Had terrible English. I feel for him but he is letting everyone down, including booking.com Then the code was sent to the other couple in another room so we got in.only after we got in did we get the message with directions to the property I messaged requesting a private code, we never received a reply. This was a terrible experience. We were stuck outside the door for an hour. As were the other couple. It ruined our stay

Views from the room was beautiful

Quite disappointing, firstly found it difficult finding the apartments it’s among a group of other apartments in one area . Secondly did not receive any communication from the owners regarding PIN code to get access to the apartment so when we arrived mobile number was disconnected was unable to contact the Owner just terrible experience- I was given access code after I made complaint to booking.com and then was given the access code of neighbours who had the same issues - so my suggestion don’t bother waste of money and time

Big room with a small kitchen area, clean and nice

Comfy beds and amenities were good.
