Old School Lodge

As retired school teachers, it was perfect! So very charming and so comfortable as well. We liked the concept- not quite an Airbnb but also not a hotel. We appreciated the snack basket and humidifier. We loved the Black Canyon!!

The way this place honors the original function of the building is truly adorable!

Old School Lodge is a true hidden gem and a destination in itself. The hotel is beyond charming, quaint and quiet, rooms are spacious, beds are SO comfy, the place was spotless, and every detail was thought of. Our room had lots of snacks, every toiletry you could need, soft towels, plenty of comfy pillows, an air conditioner, a humidifier...you name it. I honestly cannot say enough good things. The only bad part was that we were only staying one night I could have happily stayed a week or longer!

Accidentally locked ourselves out of the room and it took the staff an hour and 20 minutes to get there to get us in.
