This was a perfect way to end my husband’s birthday!!! We booked this as part of our birthday trip from Denver to Moab and had the best experience! The facilities were very clean, our room was impeccably clean as well AND we had a very nice surprise with the goodies Frank arranged to help make my husband’s day more special! Very nice communication from Frank at all times. Fun fact: we didn’t realize this was really an old school until we were leaving in the morning - it just made the stay even more interesting and special!

המקום עצמו נחמד והחדר היה נעים וגדול

במקום יש צ'ק אין לא אנושי שעושים באופן מקוון. המארח מתקשר עם האורחים בהודעות בטלפון (לא ווטסאפ, הודעות) ואנחנו תיירות בלי סים מקומי, כך שלא קיבלנו את ההודעות שלו. הגענו מאוחר בלילה, אין כמעט אור בחוץ, בלי לדעת באיזה חדר אנחנו, הסתבכנו עם להפעיל את המקלחת ולא היה אף אחד לדבר איתו, אז החוויה היתה קצת פחות נעימה. בבוקר פגשתי את המארח וסיפרתי לו בנחמדות שהמקום ממש נחמד אבל שלא היה עם מי לדבר והוא טען שדיבר איתי (כי שלח לי הודעות שלא קיבלתי). לא היה נשמע שהוא מעוניין לשמוע את החוויה שלי. אישית נראה לי תמוה לעסוק בתיירות ולנסות לדבר עם האורחים שלך בצורה שלא נגישה ולא מודעת. אז על אף שהמתקנים נחמדים והמקום נחמד- החוויה היתה לא טובה.
