Rock Shade Chalet- Sigiriya

La tranquilidad y paz que produce este lugar es mágica. Solemos buscar esto en nuestros viajes y ha sido perfecto. Un lugar simplemente para desconectar de la zona más turística. También es perfecto si te gusta la naturaleza y los animales. Una piscina que invita a bañarte, un baño exterior maravilloso con agua caliente y un personal mucho más que agradable, todo fue maravilloso. Lo recomendamos encarecidamente.

Nada, todo fue perfecto! Por decir algo, sería bueno que limpiasen la mosquitera aunque ni si quiera la tuvimos que usar.

The friendly staff on site were absolutely the best thing about this stay. They helped organise rides when we needed them because the place is away from the main centre and down a long bumpy road so it was difficult to organise rides ourselves. The mosquito net was great as well. There is also some interesting wildlife around - the first few minutes of our stay was spent bird watching.

The food was below average but there aren’t any other options available close by. You felt a little stranded there’s nothing to do in the immediate area. The peace was interrupted by the daily lawn mowing. The outdoor bathroom sounded like a nice idea but in reality our room had a large tree right next to it which just invited bugs and frogs at night. My partner accidentally flushed two frogs down the toilet when they jumped in to the commode or hid under the toilet seat, and before each shower she sprayed at least a couple of hammerhead flatworms (an invasive species) that would be slithering by the shower. During the day the bathroom was totally fine apart from once when the water wasn’t working. The tv didn’t work as we never got the second remote and the wifi was not great.

住的树屋家庭房，一栋都是我们一家人，有两个1.5的床，还有星空屋，一个前院，很不错

淋浴是露天的，体验是很棒，但是遇到小雨天就比较透风，有些冷

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt und man hatte einen schönen Blick auf beide Rocks. Das Essen war sehr gut

Die Lage ist schon sehr abgelegen… bis zur nächsten Siedlung sind es bestimmt 2,5km und die Wege sind bei Regen schwierig.

Les chambres sont très confortables. Le personnel très gentil et serviable. Repas sont également très bons . La vue sur le lion rock . La piscine est sympa

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Natur, überall laufen Pfauen herum und es ist super ruhig. Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Zimmer dort und beide waren gemütlich, hatten AC, Moskitonetze und die Dusche im Freien ist natürlich super toll. Das Essen war lecker und auch die Shakes grandios. Aber am Besten waren einfach die Menschen vor Ort, ganz besonders Lasantha war so hilfsbereit und lieb. Sogar im Nachhinein hat er uns noch unterstützt. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Passt auf eure Schuhe auf. Ich hatte meine draußen stehen und diese wurden von dem Hund oder so angebissen.
