I payed and on arrival there was no one to help we had to go and book another place some were so we lost that money

The room and the cleaniness..also how friendly the stuff was

The bathroom toilet was not flushing

Nothing. Worst place ever. Suspect it to be targeting cheating partners due to free condoms in every room and disgusting beds and bedsheets.

Everything. Next door to the property is a tarven(drinking place) that played extremely loud music all night(still playing now at 5am as I write this review). There was no water when we got here so couldn’t even remove makeup. Water came back in middle of night and toilet is dripping making added noise. The light was not working in my room. The TV and kettle had nowhere to be plugged so they can’t say they have TV which is just some weird looking monitor looking thing. There is no WIFI as they claim . The curtain are a thin material that allows you to see outside when lights are off and to be seen when lights are on. There were torn condom packs laying in the bedside cupboards. Although they put a kettle, no mugs or nothing to use. The shower looks horrible and it’s ground Stoney and smallest shower head ever. I’ve determined I can’t use it as I’m scared of catching foot disease. The door though locking, with one strong shoulder push would open when locked as it’s not properly fitting the door space. Bathroom missing ceiling pieces so looks horrible and untidy. Beds hard and hollow. Bed base sitting on the ground with no cover or legs and has dirt marks. Exposed electrical box in room

The place is very clean and neat especially for someone who is traveling in a business clean bedding, hot water TV 📺 and fridge. It's very good and value for money. The place is cleaner than when u see it in the pictures. People must stop expecting much when they payed very less.

Please add Microwave next time

The place is very attractive and peaceful, the staff members were very supportive caring and super kind 🔥the room was clean and the bathroom was clean the have hot water 💧 😍 No complain about the place. I really enjoyed it
