Poor customer service. Dirty facility. Dirty bathroom, no toilet paper. Pools dirty and not working. We had to ask for a clean towel before taking a shower.

Everything. False advertisement.. no garden, no pool, no balcony, no microwave, no oven, hardly any cutlery. Definitely not suitable for self-catering. Bathroom leaking toilet, no shower door. Water pressure pathetic. Fridge dirty, freezer iced over. Curtains miss matched and see-through. Neighborhood felt unsafe.

The place was safe as there was a security at the gate, and it is an access control area. Outside it was a bit clean. Overall there was no much to be liked at the guest house.

The room smelled terrible and it looked like the blankets were not even washed. There was a fan in the room and it was not even working in the heat condition with mosquitos at night. There was no running water at the bathroom to wash hands and flush the toilet while the shower had running water. There was a TV in the room for decoration, and it was not working.

I like that the staff where welcoming and the rooms were clean

I didn't like the fact that the air-condition was not working

The place is nice,clean and you have your me time,we did our braai

The music at the Tarven which is close by played the whole night, which made us bit to real rest at we should. The Air-conditioning was not working at all. we used the fan provided if you switch it off the mosquito 🦟 enjoyed us. The was no water for the toilet which our stay not comfortable 😞
