The staff was amazing and friendly and willing to help at anytime. The place indeed is a place of healing Aruka.

The staff were exceptional from welcoming us to the resort and throughout our stay they assisted us with everything we forgot to get at the shop b3fore driving in. Helped with our fire, made sure we had ice even helped us with cutlery and crockery for the evening. So even though it was a last minute booking due to warmbaths canceling our booking an hour before check in we had a beautiful stay at Aruka and definitely will visit again. Just such a pity we didn't even take a single photo but definitely next time. Worth it for the price. So thank you to the staff of Aruka for making it awesome.

There was definitely nothing we didn't like even the fact that there were no showers and baths only A plus service

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and gave us the best service. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable.

The location given on bookings.com is incorrect. It took us to a wrong place, I got lost and had to travel further to find the right location

I think you should get a snack stall since there are no shops around that area( sweets, potato chips, chocolates and cold beverages etc)
