The reservation was made under my name, and prior to arrival, I communicated clearly via WhatsApp with your establishment. I also went as far as calling to explain that the guest would be arriving on a business trip and would be checking in at approximately 1:00 AM. This arrangement was fully discussed and agreed to in advance. Upon arrival, the guest provided my name, under which the booking was made, as well as the valid Booking.com reference number. Despite this, he was advised that no booking could be found. The manner in which he was treated was highly unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. The staff were nonchalant and made no meaningful effort to assist or resolve the issue. What is most concerning is that the guest was treated in a manner that appeared discriminatory and racially motivated. He was spoken to disrespectfully and made to feel unwelcome. I cannot help but question whether this treatment was influenced by the fact that the guest is a person of color. This is deeply troubling and completely unacceptable. The guest had clearly advised that he would be arriving late due to a corporate engagement, as he is a professional DJ, and this had already been acknowledged and approved by your team. There was therefore no justification for the treatment he received. AND YES HE DIDNT CHECK IN HE LEFT DUE TO THE RESORT TREATING HIM LIKE SCUM....HE HAD TO SLEEP AT THE GARAGE...... :-(

the kitchen is not good, the old sofa, no towels, the watching cloth dishes, they said they have a Wi-Fi but is not working in the rooms you have to go out even if there is rainy and dark outside with a lot of mosquitoes

Lights tripped stove worked slow 2 plates only geyser cold water off for 2 nights
