The location right by the sports activities is absolutely perfect for families and friends. Lovely bed and great facilities.

Some of my wife’s make up got taken and a lot of litter around the place that the cleaners dropped or gave the monkeys access to, to scatter about. It seems like the cleaners only care about the inside of their particular unit.

Place was not properly cleaned. Had to wash some of the cutlery. There was a faul smell. Just to realise that a bat had died ans was below the cussion.

Great location! Le Fera restaurant fresh, delicious & affordable meals. Mbali spa should hire experienced massage therapist overall they were welcoming. Highlight was seeing the Big Cats "Lions, Cheetah, Tigers, Hyenas" literally felt surreal. Lovely, peaceful lodge.

Elephant lodge the furniture should definitely be upgraded.

There was no maintenance done in the unit there were plate covers for plugs were loose the basin in the bathroom was loose there was water leaking in the bathroom and the kitchen. The back door didn’t. Close very well it scrapped.

Dinner was good. The place was great and exciting. The predator park visit and experience were exceptional.

The cleanliness of the property was disappointing. The ladies who were cleaning the room did not do justice to the room. There was dust and frogs under the bed. The bathroom light was not working for the first two nights, but was fixed thereafter. The front outside light was also not working for the duration of our visit. The wardrobes may need to be repaired and kept clean. There needs to be a balance between the appliances stocklist and the actual stock in the house. I also advise that white instead of brown linen should be used for guests to be comfortable with the cleanliness of the linen. We, however, spoke to the owner of the unit, and she was friendly and willing to address our concerns. I think she should monitor the cleaning of the unit.
