Mabalingwe Elephant Lodge 267-7 & 267-8

The lodge its beautiful, I enjoyed game driving.

The bed was so uncomfortable the mattress is finished it needs to be changed. They didn't have the pots to cook potjie. I didn't get QR code on time before check in.

Private boma and private patio, animals and even elephants visiting us in touching distance!!! Great experience!

Bathroom light not working, toaster not working, outside light at front door not working, toilet running unless flush handle is lifted up.

The location, the proximity to nature

The unit was full of spider webs and we could tell it had been neglected, it was very dusty and the drawers and wardrobe had a bunch of things in them which clearly belonged to someone else. The kettle was also filled with a yellowish gunk and when cleaned it did not work.

The location is great, the facilities are also pretty good and everything just seemed to work and was easy.

There is very little signal there, but this was also a plus.
