Very beautiful and cozy. Had everything we needed. Beautiful view of a small stream as well.

Wild life at our door step except for the monkeys .Spacious accommodation with a beautiful view from the bedroom. Lunch at the Kalahari Oasis.

The maps of the roads , camps and other facilities in the reserve are poor and difficult to undersstand ......we only found the roads for game veiwing on the the day before we left.

We liked the location of the unit. The unit is positioned just by the stream and very close to one of the Entertainment areas , pools etc. and also the convenience store which made it convenient to get anything that we needed. The Game Drive experience was good and also the Spa was very nice. The restaurant had very good and friendly staff and the meals that they offer are also nice and good value for money.

The unit needs to have proper routine maintenance conducted. There are towel hooks starting to come out of the wall in the bathroom. The shower is not getting a proper clean, Glass and Tiles. The cabinets have visible cracks that could be attended too. The toilet tank can also use a good clean as there was a point were dark brown water was coming out that dyed the toilet and was not pleasing at all. The cleaning services is not doing a good job with the cleaning and needs to be monitored as you still find visible dirt after they have cleaned. The cleaning is very superficial. There is No proper Wardrobe space in the unit. The cabinet that was there already had items in it , leaving us with No Space to put our clothes. The unit could use with a proper wardrobe for Guests. There is No Wifi in the unit which is very disappointing,the atleast could be an LTE Router that is made available and guests can have the option to buy and load bundles themselves if there is NO Wifi especially since there is a Smart TV in the Unit. The DSTV in the unit lost connectivity on the 2nd night we were there and was not connecting from there onwards, despite alerting the host not much assistance was received to resolve the issue aside from the feedback provided by DSTV around the issue being caused by bad weather however the weather was not bad the following day and the Unit next to ours had proper connectivity and No further follow-ups were made from the Host to check if the issue is resolved which left us with No entertainment in the Unit and needing to sort ourselves out. The furniture could use with a bit of an overhaul. The chairs on the Patio are plastic and one was broken and not being cleaned as part of the cleaning of the Unit. The outside boma area could have a gate or something to secure for safety at night if you are going to sit there as there is free roaming animals. The door can be equipped with a door barrel stopper as anything can crawl under the door.

I liked the privacy. The entertainment area was also welcoming and safe especially for my kid.

The fact that the rooms do not have much of natural lighting. My bedding was not enough to cover the king size bed. I also thought that tea bags and sugar is provided, just like it is with salt and pepper. Please do include this vital information in your list of stuff to bring along.

Unit was advertised as having an aircon. When we arrived there was no aircon and the unit was very dusty, dirty and we were given dirty towels. We were not happy. The management simply told us to enjoy our weekend and that they would rectify their advert. This is not fair treatment.

- No Airconsitioner - Furniture is tired and not matched well - Key box did not work - Massive Alwyn plant at the front door amd caused a injury.

Location, staff service, river

Bathroom door does not close, Bed sheet and duvet too small, No lights at braai, fridge too small for meat and ice, Patio roof leaks during rain.

We catered self

We had a problem with the aircon, and reported it on the day we arrived. They said they will send the maintenance guy the following day. According to them it was working, but we felt no difference. We reported it the 2nd day again. We were out in the park the whole day, and came back around 4pm, still no improvement. No one came to check until we left the next day. The 2 nights we slept there it was hot and we struggled to get a good nights rest. It was just to hot.
