Wild life and facilities

1) shower seals to be replaced , water spraying all over . 2)Wash basin to be serviced and is leaking water . 3) NO hot water in the mornings .

Clean and nice room

The restaurant served us stale food and it was not so place, the ribs were so dry like they were reheated a couple of times before served to us. For our unit the braai area was a bit too far from our unit maybe look into getting the braai area closer to the unit.

"Really not good in the unit due to the unhygienic water and the place not being ckeaned."

Good facility but staff do not clean properly

There was black water in the toilet for two days. The cleaners did not report it. There was a dirty duvet in cupboard. They said they will come take it for cleaning they did not. The one cup was broken. The toilet smell from the dirty water. We could not brush our teeth in bathroom. The water was too dirty

It was so lovely there! Staff is very friendly. Food is amazing!! Loved seeing thr animals so close to our room too.
