The Lazy Moose Restaurant and Lodge

I liked the friendliness of staff, location, the sea view. Breakfast was good, but needs to cater for non-pork eaters. Improvement on cleaning or supervision of new cleaners thereof.

Only the fact that the lady cleaning our room was new and she didn't do a proper job at cleaning underneath the couches were chips packets we didn't bring. Spotted a small coach roach.

Food wasn't very good

The quality of the room exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was ample and tasty - perhaps some more fresh fruit would have been nice to add variety.

It was a little hard for us to understand how to operate the TV programs - one seems to need your own DSTV and Netflix accounts to be able to log in. Perhaps the check-in staff could explain this a bit better in future. Especially for us older folks :-) Our dinner was average with the chicken quite dry and the grilled calamari rather bland. Other guests seemed to be happy with their dishes so perhaps just the chicken/calamari combo was not the best choice.
