"We planned a peaceful weekend, out of season. We didn't get this."

Facilities, location, view, staff

The facility hosted a non-resident party on Saturday at the pool area. The noise level was such that we retreated off our balcony into the room, closed doors and curtains and turned on the air-conditioning, but there was no escaping the raucous behaviour. Our planned peaceful weekend was a nightmare.
