Up on arrival the place is closed down a person that happened to be around said there not open and that there's no way they could've made the reservation but obviously they did now im struggling to see if I can get a refund luckily there was another facility close and stay there

The caretaker is very rude. Cancelled our entire booking during that day because that caretaker is very rude. Starred yelling at us. She doesn’t know how to talk to the customer calmly. Very bad experience
