The location is superb. The garden was amazing. We stayed in the pond veiw lodge, which is the end lodge with a lovely veiw from patio doors over the pond. Rye is only a 6 minute drive with fantastic little shops and castle

Absolutely spotless and extremely well equipped. Faultless.

Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful! Great location for the local wedding venue. Gorgeous little set up by the lake, peaceful spot, would recommend.

Only draw back was that I was too tall for the bed. Had a railing at the foot so I couldn't lie straight. (I'm 6.1" for reference)

Clean and tidy, very warm welcome.

Parking was tricky and tight off a busy main road.

The hosts were welcoming and helpful to us when we arrived, sharing some information about the area in case we needed a supermarket or fuel station. The place was lovely, clean and comfortable and had all of the promised facilities and household items that we needed. The area is great too! We spent the day out in Rye exploring the town and had a great time.

It was comfortable, warm and had everything we needed for a few days in Rye. John was friendly and helpful and I would certainly return.

Well equipped, comfortable room with access to a little bit of private, outside space. Warm and cozy, quiet and peaceful.
