I was given room 16 and the sewage was smelling very bad and disturbing my sleep, i called the guy who was wirking in the reception he told me he is sending security to check it and he never did, after 45 minutes i called again he never picked after 15 minutes i tried again and it just rang, was really angry and sad about the situation the place wasnt even fully booked but he failed to locate us in another room and i think he was mad that i got discounted on booking.com coz i saw a notice saying room is R700 and booking.com discount me 15% off. I will never ever go back there. The service nade me ill i even switched on aircon thinking an ordour will become better 🚮

Their bed are comfortable just that that guy from reception i think ge took an advantage of me🚮🚮 im still angry
