The television and running hot water.

It's old and need revamp like yesterday. Parking leaves a lot to be desired though it seems safe enough. Staff should be trained to be more friendly and helpful.

"Great location but the accommodation can be upgraded in keeping of the area"

The location is perfect, easy enough to get around the city and places to eat.

The staff was very cold, they were not welcoming, I came in the evening thought it was perhaps that guy but then when I went to the lady it was the same cold reception I would suggest they go for customer service training.
