Fantastic location and loved the lodge.. peaceful

The lodge was fantastic for a night away

We liked the view of the horses and also how comfortable the log cabin felt. Very close to the motor museum, train and of course Windermere for walks and fun on the water. Easy drive to Ulverston for pubs and restaurants.

Our 3rd time staying. Have reviewed previously on here. Its just lovely comfortable and cozy Great for a relaxing couple of days Can buy logs for the burner if required Easy to contact owners if need to We will be back

Some very minor things need fixing ie blind in bedroom.was broken WiFi is slow but can live without it!

I liked the uniqueness and it was very warm and cozy.

Lovely little Lodge, 2 bedrooms with double beds, plenty of room for a whole family, very comfortable indeed

The local was ideal for a one night stay.log cabin

Too much crammed into the cabin living room, perhaps a better layout needed.
