The Farmers Lodge

Magnifique séjour nous devions rester 1 nuit nous avons immédiatement réservé une seconde nuit tellement l’endroit était paisible et agréable! Le chalet est immense et super bien équipé il ne manque rien. Le cadre est paisible et tellement agréable avec le paon les autruches le chien. Nous aurions pu rester plusieurs jours sans probleme! A deux pas de la gorge pour une balade et de magnifiques points de vue Une belle découverte La gérante est un amour un delicieux braai à été organisé le soir c’était génial! Allez y les yeux fermés

It is a nice place away from noise , except the old pool need to be emptied that green water brings mosquitos🦟 or it must be covered. The inside was good too. Bathroom tap need rubber mats to prevent falling off when showering 🚿

There ware bees whic i didn't like, front steps are not safe you can fall and brake ur legs. In the kitchen water was dark like coffee in the morning of our second day we were not told that water charges sometimes

The quietness of the place with just birds chirping and lovely staff. You even get food you ordered delivered to your room if you don't want to eat inside the restaurant. Hopefully when I visit again they'll be having alcohol licence already as they're working on it so we can have some mimosas and cocktails.

I highly recommend The Farmer's Lodge for anyone looking for peace and tranquility. The ambiance was serene, making it a perfect haven to recharge fully. Chalet was huge with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, braai outside, and stunning gardens. Wild 5 is directly on the property for activities like zip line and wild swing. What made my stay unforgettable was the warm smiles and genuine hospitality of exceptionally friendly staff - Deline, Angel and Armstrong. For accommodation in Oribi Gorge, this is a perfect place.
