Tall Trees Eco Retreat

The setting of the property is absolutely stunning - beautiful old gum trees, tree ferns and so many birds! We loved going out on to the balcony and seeing all of the birds come and visit the bird feeder. It was great to unplug and get away. The hosts Dave and Victoria were lovely and easy to communicate with.

An amazing house in an incredible location. Better than we could have imagined. Parrots, possums, glow worms, kookaburras...so many friendly local animals. Slept like babies because the beds are so comfortable.

No negatives to report.

We loved that it was secluded and so peaceful and safe. The facilities were very clean and host was so thoughtful about providing us with all the utensils and cutlery we needed in the kitchen to whip up a meal if we wanted to.

It was an awesome stay! To disconnect with technology and connect with nature in real sense, the bird feeding experience is the best, the house was super clean, well equipped and comfortable, we were surprised that the cottage being so much in forest, still couldn't spot a single bug inside!

The views were amazing The beds were almost the comfiest beds we have slept on My daughter loved the birds and the wildlife on the way to the property

Excellent place to stay. Had lots of little touches that were lovely, like bird seed provided to feed the birds, and basics like oil/flour provided. Great escape from the world: no wifi, no tv, and no phone signal were a perk for us. You get the chance to disconnect and be completely undisturbed. Lots of wildlife, we saw a wallaby and many species of bird close to the cabin. We even had a baby possum on the porch.

We cleaned the spa when we left as per instructions, and lots of mould/mildew came out of the jets.
