Auchenlea lodges

This was probably the most beautiful lodge I have ever stayed in. Exceptionally clean, lovely decor, very tasteful and fitting with everything you need from powerful shower, netflix, kitchen and bedroom. Very well laid out. It was lovely and warm and very comfortable . So much better than staying in a hotel.

The lodge is attached to another lodge separated by a wall. I am a light sleeper and was woken abruptly through the night by the next door person sneezing, coughing, going to the toilet, running the water etc. There is a sign on the wall to be quiet for your neighbours. The lodge is surrounded by main roads and you can hear traffic. Upon booking there are no instructions on what to do when you arrive so we sat outside in the car for a while and then went to the main house to ask . There was apparently a name on the door with keys but would have been good to know this prior.

Very peaceful and close to glasgow.easy to find and all equipment in lodge that you require.

Sehr schöne große Unterkunft, Kochutensilien könnten etwas erweitert werden (z.B. Sieb, Messer), zur verfügbaren Waschmaschine könnte man noch einen Wäscheständer zur Verfügung stellen. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, Bushaltestellen, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.

The beds are extremely comfortable. The room was in perfect condition. The host is extremely nice and flexible with request. If you are looking at a place in glasgow don’t think twice about booking these place.
