Auchenlea lodges

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Auchenlea Lodge! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, really making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their knowledge of the local area was impressive, and they provided us with recommendations where we could eat, and directed us to the railway station (5 minutes walk away) if we fancied going into Glasgow . The lodge itself was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Throughout the day we were able to meet our neighbours, which were some lovely horses with their foals. We would definitely be going back to Auchenlea Lodge and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming retreat

Beautiful setting, clean and tidy, very good equipment kitchen area, local to everything g you could need, simple check in, peaceful and quiet this is our fourth time staying f here and will definitely be back x

Grande chambre avec kitchenette bien équipée. Très petite salle de bain. Très propre. Parking privé.

Malheureusement le bruit de la route est vraiment très présent. Sans cela l'endroit est vraiment parfait.

the lodge was so lovely, it was comfortable and decorated well it had everything that you needed super comfy bed and all nice touches throughout shower was good even though was electric, I normally find electric showers totally useless

pillows were a bit hard could have done with a blind at the bathroom window Bathroom needed a bit of a better clean...towel rail was dusty and large cobwebs in corners of bathroom

I loved everything! Beautiful place,, peaceful with a lovely landscape around. Not to mention Helen, she makes the difference between a place to stay to a real home! Definitely, this is the place, we look for while traveling. A paradise 10 minutes from Glasgow center.
