Nice hotel friendly staff

The room I had was ok but I understand that the hotel is doing a refurbishment of the executive room.

The facilities were average. Which is basically what I expected.

For an average experience, I would expect the price to match. I feel that it was way over priced. I won't be staying here again at these prices

Accessable pool, sauna, steaming room, jacuzzi, bar, pool tables, darts, can sit outside at the beer garden. Our room had access to garden as well. Food is delitios. Staff friendly and welcoming. All clean and nice.

Rooms could have air conditioners specially at hot weather.

Very Clean, Pool was a blessing and pool tables in the bar too, Breakfast was really tasty and well cooked.Staff everywhere were polite and courteous.

Rooms looked tired and the mattress was way too soft, my wife and I suffer from bad backs and this didn’t help.

You have to pay for parking £5 per 24hrs.

Swimming pool and gym

The staff are helpful and excellent.

The room doesn't have air conditioning, the floor and table are not clean, the tv was not in a good place and the shower was on/off hard to use.

The whole place had a foisty smell including the room and was dirty and dated,

Convenient for one night solo stay, pool and sauna facilities were included as was the gym during my stay. Breakfast was excellent

Didn’t make it clear had to register car number with machine aswell as at reception so expecting a fine , though when spoke to staff they said will sort so hopefully all will be ok
