Dirty Staff just handed the key no info about hotel and we had to walk back as card reader was broken so had to have a physical key. Room was old and not the cleanest

Disappointed to find its car park now charges for guests staying at the hotel,which I don’t pay. Parking charging is a civil offence which belongs to legislation, not law, legislation requires consent or an agreed contract. The parking charging company use more and more threatening letters which are unenforceable until they say they’re taking you to a court, usually the one in Northampton which is not a real court. It’s a fraud, don’t agree to pay,I don’t.

Location close to most areas

On that evening the staff at reception were not very don’t know how to put it, the room we got moved from was not what we payed for, the food advertised on booking this hotel is nothing like on offer, eating was in the bar which was rammed with football fans n kids eating in their was not a option. We traveled out for food lovely sit down place

There was no air con, and windows opened too wide to be comfortable leaving them open overnight. Curtains were also sheer leading to me being woken up by the sun

Location was nice and quiet.

Not enough plug sockets!! And would be handy to have some by the bed as most people use their phones as an alarm whilst away.

I've stayed several times, like location and ideal for my dogs
