The Warwick lodge

The hot tub the rooms were clean and spacious. The windows all round view .prosecco and crisps on arrival

The kitchen was tired and needed an upgrade. lack of mirrors in the bedrooms

The property was spacious, hot tub, quiet location.

Smell from the stream, bugs, I think the property needs a bit of updating.

Kitchen well equipped. Fridge and freezer are a decent size plenty big enough to hold a week's supplies. Two bathrooms which make morning and evening routines so much easier. The hot tub was fab too.

Internet is very slow not ideal for streaming TV.

Good WiFi and facilities comfy beds everything you need in kitchen and a fan as it was very hot weather

No telephone reception i hadn't brought bathrobes and there was none just thought as it had hot tub bathrobes would be provided as towels weren't provided owners were very efficient and helpful

The whole thing! Lodge is really big and hot tub is great for a group. Decking is a really good size with enough furniture!

Nothing - other than a net is needed for the hot tub to get the flies out

In a lovely, peaceful location.

Lodge getting tired now. Beds and pillows not so comfortable. they welcome dogs but there is no gate on the deck so we had to improvise with our own mesh gate and deck furniture and clothes airer. It is the 3rd time we have been to the lodge as we love the setting but would loved to have seen it at its' best. Time out Lodge was closed and seemed to have lots of work going on. A new bridge has been completed near the lodge that would make the walk to the Crazy Horse easier and quicker but poles have been put accross both ends to stop access. Pedestrian access would be very good.

Great location. Nice size. Comfortable property

Lovely decked area with hottub, and lovely peaceful view over flowers & a stream. Good sized property. Decent parking. Good location for local attractions. Highly recommend the zoo and Amble is nice.

Kitchen area needs a bit of tlc on the cupboards and flooring. Curtains need to be blackout, was woken up by sunlight at 4.30am! Getting out onto the A1 a nightmare at busy times of day!
