Peak District Shepherds Hut

the views, the tea box with biscuits, bed was very comfy, heating and hot water, good cookery provided and the welcome booklet very helpful.

did look bigger in photos, still good for a few nights stay though! The location was a bit tricky too find could do with more signage. Didn't realises houses behind were so close so had to leave the curtain closed at the back for privacy but wasn’t a massive issue.

Nice little hut with everything you need. Everything was clean and lovely little lambs in the field next to you.

Only real downside was it's up a bit of a hill. It was no issue for us but if you are scared of a bit of walking and don't have a car it might be an issue

Great location, a friendly welcome, peaceful and good location for exploring Win Hill and Ladybower Reservoir.

Everything you need condensed in a small hut, excellent idea. And the view from your door breathing.

It’s not so private as it next to path to the Win Hill and people can easily see you in the garden. Also bit of suege smell outside.

What a perfect stay. The Shepherds hut is beautiful. Everything you need for an enjoyable break. The hut is modern and very comfortable with a great bathroom and kitchen. The pull-down bed was so comfortable. The weather was amazing and we made full use of the sun loungers and outside dining area.. the views are out of this world. I can’t recommend this place enough. And a big THANK YOU to Sophie for all your help before our stay.

Cold in the morning even with heating

An amazing stay and for sure we will be back there again . Beautiful view and the shepherds involved with everything you need for cooking. It was cleaner than 5 star hotels and comfort . Just Grab your coals and meat and enjoy a barbecue with amazing Peak District hills view.
