Four Seasons Mini Zoo Country Retreat with Wood Fuel Hot Tub close to kington Market Town

The location is amazing, very private with beautiful scenery, the cabin has everything you need plus more, very comfortable and cosy, outside area also has everything you want with suitable shelter for all types of weather! It’s a little heaven away from home! With it being terrible weather and also last minute, the property owner preheated the hot tub plus turning the heater on before our arrival, the hot tub was immaculate and easy to use instructions, which allows you to control the heat also has overhead cover. The property owner was very friendly and welcoming.

Good location, on the farm. Good value for money.

The hot tub is a complete scam. We burned 2 bags of wood and waited 4 hours, done everything how was instructed and it still didn’t get any warmer. Complete waste of money and time. It was my birthday and I left completely disappointed. The cabin has no heating at all. Maybe they ran out of gas or whatever but it simply didn’t work. No one actually contacted us or greeted when we came to explain where everything is and how to use things so we had to figure everything out ourselves. Very very disappointing as we had to travel for 3 hours to get there..

Lovely and homely with lots of personal touches

Nothing much.

There was a general feeling of dustiness, the smallish room was dark and not clean enough for my standards (for the price). For example, the robes looked grey not white. The room felt dusty (and I have allergies and my daughter has a skin condition - she has Down syndrome). The outside was organised in a haphazard way with dirty cushions on random garden furniture. I have a hot tub and I didn't feel confident that the water in the hot tub there was uo to my standards either. I'm afraid I couldn't get out of there quick enough.

So fun

It was perfect. The setting, the location, All of the complementary breakfasts/drinks etc it couldn't have been. Better!

Nothing it was just right

It was very unique and a perfect little getaway. The fire burning hot tub was lovely and they had the facitilities for a bbq or fire pit and a little self serve store for anything you forget. They have activities you can do to meet the animals at an affordable additional fee

The WiFi was non existent which was a surprise to us as it wasn't stated on here.. however, it ended up making the weekend more connected which was good. The bed covers were rough and bobbly The images make it look like you are able to see the animals freely but this isn't the case

It was a little grubby, not dirty but the finer details. Lost a of dust etc.
