Péssima experiência. Fizemos a reserva pelo booking para um quarto com ar-condicionado. Qdo chegamos, nosso quarto não tinha ar-condicionado. A gerência do hotel nos disse que foi um erro do Bookinh, e não deles. Como eles tem outro hotel no centro, com opções de quarto de ar-condicionado, tentamos fazer a mudança. Mas a gerência nos disse que não havia esta opção, mesmo que no booking aparecia com quartos disponíveis. Ou seja, nos venderam algo que não entregaram e ainda nos trataram mal. Além disso o acesso ao hotel é bizarro! Cilada!!!!

An oasis of calm awaits you at Sanna Lodge. Set on a slope of beautifully landscaped tropical gardens established 30yrs ago are a few scattered rooms and small bungalows overlooking a wonderful secluded and inviting swimming pool. The staff are exceptional, relaxed, helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I used this as my base on my recent trip to Tanzania returning to the Lodge 4 times. It was perfect for my needs and an idyllic place to come back to and recharge between each section of the trip.

As with anywhere in Africa I imagine, the internet can be temperamental but usually worked well especially in the reception area.

I was so happy to have found this little patch of heaven in Arusha. The staff are wonderful and the gardens are beautiful. Such a relaxing tranquil place with wonderful food and everything you need for a great stay. Idyllic refreshing swimming pools surrounded by tropical plants and trees and birds. Easy to fall in love with this place! Looking forward to my next stay here.

Das Zimmer und der ruhige Garten waren sehr toll. Auch die Hilfe des Personals zum Beispiel für eine Taxifahrt.

Die Strasse zur Lodge ist der Horror. Dafür können sie nichts aber muss man beachten. Ich würde nur über die Lodge Taxifahrt organisieren da sie Leute kennen die diese Strasse fahren können. Für Fahrten in die Stadt empfiehlt sich eine Moped Fahrt. Das Essen war aus unserer Sicht mittelmässig.

Le personnel est très agréable, le parc est magnifique avec piscine, les liégés agréables.

It was clean, and room was nice. No aircon, but bathroom and bed was amazing + no insects.

Window frame was broken, couldn’t close the window all night. To get there, you are going through slums, and I mean - a extreme poverty region where we if it would be for our guide, I wouldn’t feel safe. And definiately DO NOT WALK THERE. You also need a suv, as road is… not existing. We had Landcruiser from Safari and we STRUGGLED. Staff ? First we were welcomed in the middle of Arusha by a owner or manager - he was great. Extreme nice guy. Unfortunately staff in lodge was … confused. Never showed us around property, so I do t even know if there is a swimming pool as no one ever showed me where it is. Dinner ? I’ve ordered chicken + fries, and vegetable curry. Prices were through the roof - but you can expect that in places like that ( 85k shillings for 2 dinners, beer and juice ) Lady from reception got our order wrong. Rather than curry, we had 2x chicken with fries and small cup of veggies - altough I made sure what I’m ordering like 6 times… WiFi ? No wifi. Breakfast ? I’ve warned staff we are living at 6am, and they kindly offered breakfast on the go - which was great. Unfortunately, they somehow managed to understand that 6am is 6:30 and we were almost late for a plane…
