Lenroot Lodge

The lodge building is beautiful; the saloon was GREAT. Staff in the saloon were friendly and helpful.

the room did not have a dresser so we were unable to unpack our clothes, lived out of the suitcase, which would not have been too bad, but we were there for 6 nights. Also, we called for a room refresh after 2nd night, the trash was removed, towels replaced, bed was not made. We never had room service after that, which is not common at ANY other place we have stayed. We could not use the remote control for the TV, a staff member came and replaced the batteries and reloaded channels, but could never get the volume to work, had to adjust on TV itself.

It was quiet and comfortable. Very clean and seems to be new.

It needed some work on the outside.

Everything was great!

Just wish the mini fridge had been turned on and cold when we arrived.

As beautiful as the pictures. You can see the work they put into planting flowers and maintaining the property. Love the original hardwood floors from the old school house. Plenty of space to sleep 4. Saloon right on the property with great food at very reasonable prices.

Only downside was the heat wave WI is in. While the lower part has air, the loft area was pretty toasty.

Clean with a simple decor. Bonus was a fun spiral staircase up to a loft bedroom.
