Paid to stay at the property but didn't end up staying as messaged the owner to request a late check in but received no response, so didn't want to risk travelling over an hour to get there and not be let in, also messages requesting further information regarding Mount Batur and received no response. We then sent a further message through booking.com and still no response, happy to take our payment but not a peep back from them, very disappointed!!

Very nice and warm staff, especially liko (wang). Arranged a wonderful mountain hiking trip for us. Really recommend to stay here.

The hotel was tucked away in a corner of Kintamani, literally up a rocky pathway. We are so grateful for Dimas who drove us to and fro from the airport (2++ hours) and around the area. Wang and the boys were excellent hosts, providing us recommendations and guides for things to do. The homecooked breakfast was also really delicious!!

There were a lot of flies so it makes it hard to enjoy the outdoor deck but that's just how it is so not much the hosts can do!

The view was nice , as we can see the mountain and the lake from our room, Staff was kindly , the make bonfire and fried banana for us after sunset.

We took 2 bedroom , one of the room the hot water doesn't work , we didn't find any towel so we have to ask . Only one of the room have an electric cattle , unfortunately we have to ask also for the cup . We didn't have a good night sleep as there was kids from other guess who's stay in next room was talked loud and even cried in the middle of the night. Fly was everywhere, and sometimes , you can smell lightly the smell of the organic fertilizer .Nothing special with the breakfast , we took fried noddle and the pancake was ok . but the fruits salad we can't eat , funny , as they put mayonnaise on top of it.

The room very big, staff very nice and helpful. If you stay in this place you can see a amazing view for lake and the mountain.

The boys who worked there were super helpful and accomodating, always giving me a lift to local restaurants and even helped sort out some laundry to be done for me which was very kind. Kadek was great and helped arrange for his friend Nomad to take me up mt Batur for sunrise which was great. No stress at all! The view was also amazing especially in the morning from my room!

The flies but that wasn’t anyones fault

A great place to stay. The 2 young men managing were sweet and accommodating we enjoyed speaking with them they had a lot of time for us. They made us banana fritters for afternoon tea.

The lane leading there was a little rough as it is very rural so not for everyone however, we didn't mind. This is very much a home style accommodation not a resort.

Clean, amazing views not expected when heading up the bumpy driveway but it made for the most pleasant surprise with the views then the superb welcoming from the staff in particular Kedek - who is soo accommodating it made for such an easy going relaxing and enjoyable stay!!

Flies, which the property has no control over, unless they put maybe insect repellent candles out at night😀

The view is breathtaking it is located on a high ground and you get to see amazing morning fog, fresh air, and sound of nature, you will love this place if you are the adventurous type

It could’ve been better if they have someone to guide you to the place at the entrance of the uphill road

Peaceful and clean.

The location is a little further off the beaten track but in exchange, you get wonderful sleep.
