"Prachtig gelegen maar aan de dure kant."

Het mooie uitzicht over de krater en de diertjes die daar voor het balkonnetje grazen. De acrobatenshow was een leuke bezigheid. Het diner was goed.

Ik vind de prijs veel te hoog voor wat je krijgt. Geen zwembad, geen gym, geen welness. Alleen een regendouche in de kamer, geen gewone. Het is ook vrij koud, ligt op 2000m hoogte. Het hotel is niet gemakkelijk te bereiken, je moet nog verschillende taxen betalen voor je er bent.

"Lage, Lage, Lage"

Die Lodge liegt direkt am Kraterrand mit sensationeller Aussicht - auch vom Zimmer. Ein Waterbuck besuchte uns direkt vor dem Balkon. Für diese Lage bezahlt man aber auch einen stolzen Preis, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für uns leider nicht. Für unseren Geschmack hatte es mehr Hotelcharakter mit sehr vielen Gästen. Das merkt man besonders beim Abendessen am Buffet. Das Essen war in Ordnung aber im Vergleich zu den anderen Lodges auf unserer Safari sehr durchschnittlich und das zu einem höheren Preis. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man das erste mal den Ngorongoro Krater besucht absolut in Ordnung. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir wohl eine Unterkunft in Karatu bevorzugen.
