Mamallacta Páramo Lodge

We LOVED Mamallacta! From the amazing welcoming and incredibly helpful staff to the utterly terrific art and atmosphere. You feel like you're in a museum, and hearing about the process of how it came to be, all the artistic design and pieces all around, and the breathtaking view of Montana Antisana and the surrounding mountains.... The proximity to the thermal pools is a plus as well (5-10 min walk). The staff clearly all are friends and enjoy each other's company, which adds to the family feeling, into which we were welcomed with open arms. We highly, highly recommend Mamallacta!!

El concepto de la arquitectura. Es como una obra de arte. El personal muy amable. La mesa de Pin Pon. Los detalles unicos y especiales de los rincones. El desayuno muy completo. La tranquilidad y el silencio perfecto para desconectar en pareja.

La cama matrimonial un poquito dura pero en general se logra el descanso. Todo lo demas perfecto.

BUENO, VARIADO Y CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE

HABITACION MATRIMONIAL MUY PEQUEÑA. NO TIENE 18 M2 COMO PROMOCIONAN. LA CAMA AL LADO DE LA PUERTA Y PEGADA A LA PARED. TIENE UN COSTO MUY ALTO PARA LO QUE ENTREGAN. NO SE CUMPLE EL PRECEPTO COSTO-CALIDAD. ADEMÁS MUY FRÍA. SI NO SE RECLAMA CALEFACCIÓN NO TE DAN, A PESAR DE QUE ESO TAMBIÉN ESTÁ INCLUÍDO EN EL PAGO

The bed was a bit small, but excellent. Not too hard or too soft, just good for us. The hotel is really close to the entrance of the thermal pools.

Staff was not really helpfull to us. I think you well get more good for your money at other places.

This was a great affordable place to stay right next to the hot springs resort. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the restaurant and would definitely come back here again.

Personnel très sympathique. Le lit était confortable. Tout était propre. Proche du spa et donc du sentier de randonnée.

Rien que nous n'avons pas aimé. Juste une remarque sur les murs qui ont l'air fin.nous n'avions pas de voisins donc je ne peux pas dire si l'isolation sonore est bonne ou pas.
