"Artistic lodge near the thermals with a wonderful breakfast!"

Good location close to the hot springs. Fun art around the property. Delicious breakfast.

It’s not that I didn’t like it- I just found it frustrating that we arrived early at 11am and were told that we could be checked in early and were asked to wait…ended up waiting for almost 2 hours. At dinner my husband ordered hot tea but it was never delivered. Coming down for breakfast the table had not been cleaned and had sticky spots and bits of food were on the floor.

The shared spaces are beautiful and interesting. The decor and architecture was great. The bed was comfortable.

The room wasn't as well thought out as the shared spaces. The materials used for the bathroom area were flimsy and the room had poor ventilation.

El Hotel es muy bonito, da paz y tranquilidad, es un hotel diferente con buena energía, es apto para descansar y desconectarse del día a día. Es limpio y comodo

En el anuncio se debe aclarar que el hotel es pet friendly. Y recomiendo mejorar la atención al cliente con más personal en temporada.

Ubicación (se puede caminar hacia las Termas de Papallacta), diseño moderno y estético del hotel, rodeado de naturaleza y vistas panorámicas, restaurante con buen menú y desayuno - además, es pet friendly. Tienen un rooftop con vistas increíbles, recomiendo llevar tu yoga mat! Personal muy atento y servicial.
