The place has a wonderful staff, excellent food, and beautiful spaces. The "Luciernaga" suite is an amazing spot with stunning views and a peaceful silence that allows for complete relaxation. The best place in Papallacta.

I loved the design and how the building is done, very good taste and the location amazing! And is just 5 minutes walking to the thermal baths. Amazing and totally recommended to my friends. Will come back one day!

Super friendly and accommodating staff and short walking distance to the hot springs! The whole place is so intricately designed. My room even had a volcano view 😃

The property is filled with beautiful art and is aesthetically gorgeous and very unique. The location is a couple kilometers away from the center of the small town (theoretically quieter and more peaceful) but right next to the hot springs and several restaurants. There are many comfortable places to sit with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The food and drink at the restaurant are very good, thoughtfully prepared, and many of the ingredients are locally sourced.

I'm very conflicted about leaving this review, because there were many good things about this stay, but I'm not sure if I would return for a couple of reasons. While most of the hotel is beautiful, there's weird shortcuts where plastic is roughly cut and stapled to create room dividers. The bathrooms also aren't really separate rooms - they're kind of like closets without ventilation in the middle of the room with only a half door separating the bathroom from the rest of the room, which is really awkward if you are traveling with others. I chose this location for its seclusion and peacefulness, but on Sunday evening the owner was having a boisterous and very loud dinner with guests in the dining room with drinks, music and noise literally right under our room. At 10:15 pm I finally had to walk downstairs and ask them to please quiet down so we could get to sleep, which was very uncomfortable. We were departing early on Tuesday morning so we asked the owner the day before if we could have breakfast at 7:50am (usually it is from 8-10am), and she said that was no problem, but when we arrived downstairs at 7:50am the next morning the staff were very surprised and said that this request had not been communicated to them. Finally, there was some confusion about the date of our arrival. Booking.com was glitchy with the dates of several of my reservations this trip and had my arrival here one day earlier than it should have been. When we arrived Sunday evening instead of Saturday, the reservation had been cancelled as a no-show (I never got the cancellation email) and the owner said she "had tried to contact me" to confirm cancellation, but I have no record of contact through booking.com or whatsapp, so I'm not sure I believe that. It was an awkward encounter, right on arrival, and kind of set the tone.
