"The closest hotel to the spa that isn't the spa."

Great location. Right next to the spa. Great artwork!

Nobody could make us a drink at the bar. One said he didn't know how. There were other employees around, but no one seemed to know how to pour alcohol from a bottle.

Breakfast was good. Location is really great. Would definitely recommend to someone who's looking for a nice view and a cozy stay. Especially if you are going hiking or to the hot springs 2 minutes walking distance. The staff are super chill and care greatly about the customers. So far nothing else :D

Peaceful, chill, welcoming vibe. Lots of places to sit and relax and read or enjoy the scenery.

There is a motion sensor light that was triggered on and off all night that shone directly into the little cabin area we were staying in that kept us up.

"Somewhat pricey, but a nice place with a great location."

Being close enough to walk to the main hot springs attraction was the best part. The room was nice and cozy with a nice view, and heat.

We did not get a soundproof room, and it definitely wasn't soundproof, though still fairly costly. The food was not bad, but not worth the price nor the wait time to receive it.
