Shiv Shakti Yogpeeth Cottages

The location, the calm, and natural environment is much appreciated after all the hectic cities we visited. The room was great and pretty comfortable. The food was amazing, staff was really helpful and nice. The included yoga class was nice.

The flush of the bedroom wasn't working and the lock was half broken, at this room rate this should be taken care of. The river and waterfalls near by are beautiful but sadly full of wastes, plastics, rest of human passage... The area resorts being in an "eco-tourism" mode, they should work on this issue, taking care of the nature and educating local populations. This is really a shame to go walk by such a polluted river when it could be just amazing.

This is the perfect getaway from the city. It’s by the waterfall and you can connect with nature. I highly recommend!

Our favorite thing here was the staff and relaxed vibe. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the restaurant where they have nice places to chill. There’s a free yoga class in the morning and they also have options to get a massage. Thanks again to the super friendly staff, they really made the stay.

- if you’re a westerner, don’t expect much from the pool. There’s no chairs either. - there’s not much to do around the area, so come here to relax not to be active - we stayed in the more budget rooms the first night but the cottages are really worth the extra money. So much more facilities and larger. There were a lot of big spiders in the more budget rooms we had, and none in the cottage. Also no mosquitos.

El lugar, si bien es complicado llegar, si queres Un retiro de silencio y naturaleza es perfecto.

La ducha no era muy buena

1) El enclave, el entorno. Un paisaje increíble, idílico!!! 2) La comida!!! Una mención especial para el cocinero. 3) Hay cascadas cerca donde es posible bañarse. 4) Atul es una persona encantadora. Importante: Esto no es ni positivo, ni negativo. Creo que es importante comentarlo para que los futuros huéspedes lo sepan para poder decidir si es el tipo de lugar que buscan. El hotel está en un sitio increíble, realmente bello, pero no es sencillo llegar. No se puede acceder en coche. Solo se accede en 4x4. Selfservice: Cuando ordenas la comida, te avisan cuando está lista y tú vas a buscarla. Luego, cuando finalizas, debes llevar todo a una zona específica (detrás de la cocina). Insisto, solo lo comento porque creo que son detalles que el alojamiento debe especificar. Por último, si te alojas varios días, te recomiendo reservar un bungaloo. Las habitaciones simples, no son lo más cómodo. Personalmente, repetiría pero, sabiendo esto que comento, me organizaría de otra manera.
