Good size pool (for summers!) Access to the family kitchen, fully equipped. Nice views from the varanda Very spacious room (for the one with direct access to the pool) Welcoming host Comfy beds Strategic location between Austin and SA.

Beds are a tad soft to our taste, but that's subjective. Many ongoing projects!

Todo excelente, excelente ubicación y excelente atención del anfitrión. Tiene una cocina común y tu te puedes preparar tus propios alimentos

The host was beyond amazing and welcoming! The room and house were beautiful and clean. We had a beautiful view, and over all it was an amazing experience! We definitely recommend booking with them!

This place was a dirty house not a hotel the shower floor has a ball of hair from the previous guest the door nob didn't work . At my opinion the worst motel would've a better place to stay . This place is not worth to be listed on booking.

Roman is so friendly he makes us feel at home and we have clean sheets,towels ,private balcony and access to pool and chickens . We have been to several rental properties and this place is the best! The sunrise and sunset are priceless not to mention the deer ❤️

I don’t like that we live so far,but when in town we will always make this place our first choice!
