Location was perfect with Mt Fuji views right in front of our cabin. We didn't feel the need to leave the cabin at all during our two nights stay. The accommodation and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen utilities was good, the microwave was handy to heat up our dinner and breakfast, which allowed us to have meals in the cabin while admiring Mt Fuji. We won't think twice to book this accommodation again if we ever come back and will definitely do a longer stay.

There was nothing that we didn't like about this stay.

Amazing views!!

The check-in process was a complete mess. We checked in using the tablet and were given a code to open a key locker, but our key wasn’t there. We had no way to contact the staff because they never reply on booking. Luckily, the other guests (in our cabin) arrived just before us and had a Japanese phone number, so they were able to call the staff (a few times before a reply) and ask what was going on. In the end, it turned out that the other couple had been assigned the wrong cabin. Despite all this, we never received any message or apology from the hotel staff, nor any acknowledgment of the double booking.

De locatie.

De self check-in had wel wat duidelijker kunnen worden aangegeven. Het leek wel een desolaat terrein, zo zonder iemand om je even te verwelkomen.

隣のキャビンとの距離がある程度あり、子供たちの声を心配せずに過ごせました。また、前面の庭が広いので、子供たちが自由に遊べてよかったです。

バーベキューセットがキャビン（建物）下に置かれていて、しばらく気が付かずに探してしまいました。バーベキューをする炉の近くに置いてほしかったです。
