Simplesmente sensasional. O atendimento nesse hotel é muito bom. As comidas que estão inclusas são deliciosas. Minha esposa não come açucar e o Cheff teve a gentileza de preparar uma sobremesa pra ela sem açucar. O quarto é bem espaçoso, cama super king, banheira grande e muitas comodidades. Os games Safari são ótimos, conseguimos ver bastante animais. Pena que não conseguimos ver o Leopardo nos games que fizemos, mas a experiência é a melhor possível. Recomendo muito esse hotel para quem quiser fazer safari em Pilanesberg.

the roads in the pilansburg are very bad so very uncomfortable when we went on a game drive

Fantastic location overlooking the Pilanesberg Game Reserve, we stayed in the newly renovated room 17 which was tastefully decorated and very comfortable, the food was excellent as always. Our guide, Nyiko, was exceptional: knowledgeable, witty, and friendly. He created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and made our game drives fun and enjoyable.

Extra charges for small things like freshly squeezed orange juice - seems unnecessary at this price point. And golf carts struggling to get past each other - simply move the stones next to the cart path back 5 centimetres!!
