River Run Lodge

Excellent sleeping quarters, which were cosy, well presented, and comfortable. Toilet shower block was suitable. The hilight was the location, especially the fireplace down by the water.

More dinner options would have been appreciated but the food certainly wasn't bad.

What a great find, cabins cozy and comfy, towels and linen supplied. Oh the fires to warm to in winter and cook the marsh mellows and all the wood supplied! The camp kitchen, biggest we had ever seen. Had an evening meal that was delicious. A lovely place to sit outside by the river having an afternoon drink from the bar. Could not fault this place at all. We all will be definitely be back again and again.

Loved this little gem! Everything was easy. The views are spectacular. The tavern is just wonderful and I can only imagine how cozy it would be in the cooler months with the fire going!

Nathan and his team have created a little gem by the river in the deep south. The Tavern is a wonderful place to spend time in the evenings. Great experience.

The location was beautiful. The room was tidy and bedlinen clean.

The ladies toilets were not clean, the sanitary bins full, no toilet paper, it wasn’t well kept. Maybe because we arrived New Years Day. You can hear every tiny noise in adjoining cabins. All cabins are joined together they are not seperate.
