What a beautiful and unique place to stay. Roberto was the perfect host and with my broken Italian and his English we communicated well. We absolutely loved staying here, was a real highlight of our 3 weeks in Sicily. Breakfast was excellent. Having the small pool was a real bonus. Roberto even gave us tags for showering when we were down at the beach. Santa Teresa is a lovely laid back, largely local, tourist town. Would definitely come back.

The place is a dream! This is a unique opportunity to discover how it feels to live in a historic villa. The rooms are extra large, with high ceilings, paintings and a lot of marble...In the morning you enjoy a delicious breakfast incl. finest Italian pastries served by landlord Roberto himself, in the lush gardens....Could not be better, our stay was unforgettable!

Beautiful property renovated tastefully. Gardens relaxing and well positioned and the frescoes and art were amazing.

First of all the property is absolutely stunning. Its the perfect location for visiting surrounding areas. Its a stones throw away from the beach . The host Roberto was a great guy and made us feel very welcome. (He also made us an outstanding breakfast with fresh blue eggs) I would recommend to anyone and Will be returning soon!

Beautiful Sicilian villa with an amazing garden and a nice clean pool. Plus it's only a few minutes walk down to the beach, Roberto was very accommodating and a good host. A unique experience. Grazie Mille!

The villa has a lot of charm, the garden is lucious, well kept, spectacular, the pool is clean, nice, perfect for kids. The rooms are big and royal:) you feel like a king/queen, very special, unconventional. The breakfast was very good also. The beach is very close-5 min walk.

The owner was SOO nice and gentle. The property had a beautiful garden and view. The breakfast was great! Self made by the owner.

We thought the bathroom would have door! And the sheets were clean but they had humid smell.
